September 24 - Faculty Training (Assessments & Targets)
September 25 - Submit plan to district
November 20 - SLOs ready for pilot
2nd Trimester
November 24 - SLO pilots begin
January-February - Principals complete mid-SLO reviews
March 5 - SLO target outcomes presented to principals
3rd Trimester
March 9 - Principals establish educator ratings
April 30 - Educator ratings complete
May 22 - District review complete
Summer 2015 - Team training and planning for 2015-16
